If i equip both of these items, will the valkyrie spawned from peace be permanent, since i now have the skill permanent from harmony?

Bonus question: Will the +2 to critical strike on peace work for every character? I.e. 25%; And can this and either/or valkyrie skills be boosted by + to all skill items + battle command?

An interesting question indeed! I wanna know the answer too!

As for the bonus one, I believe yes and yes.

I have no clue on the first question, by intuition i'd say not permanent.
for the bonus question: CS from peace rw (same for insight rw btw!) is an oskill, so it works for every class. Also it will be boosted by +all skills. works exactly identical to BO from cta ;)
valkyrie is again featured as an oskill on harmony rw, so this will be boosted as well
valkyrie from peace rw will not be boosted, since it is only ctc instead of oskill

Thanks. The reason i ask is because i am trying to see if the barbarian can use harmony bow effectively .. May seem like a lost battle, but consider this: The critical strike doubles physical damage. If either the 2% ctc lvl 15 valkyrie stays up, or if one can boost the possible lvl 6 valkyrie to a respectable higher level, it can be boosted by a very high level battle orders. Let's say i preboost the level 6 valkyrie to level 20; 2200 hit points, with high level bo; +100% hp = 4400 hp. Harmony also have revive charges which can be used sparingly, they also get boosted by bo.

In addition to this, if using the stone runeword, which has a level 16 clay golem, that gives a 625 hp golem, which is timed with 2.75 in hell = 1719 x 100% = 3437 hit points.

At least it is an unorthodox strategy .. going to be fun to see if it works out ^^ This is for hardcore, so they are mostly useful for tanking.

problem I see with your planned setup is the dmg... a harmony bow is way lower in dmg that faith (not only direct ed, but also fans aura!) and you can't go with fortitude or 160/60 armor when wearing peace rw. Also barb has no bow mastery iirc, so your physical base dmg might be so low that doubling it maybe won't pay off. also valkyrie does not do that much dmg on low levels, despite being a good tank.
interested in how your experiments goes

Harmony has huge elemental dmg as well. So I think there are no issues with killing normal mobs. (My Bowazon's main bow was Harmony last ladder.)

And I can imagine no1 priority in HC is not killing speed but survivability. It does take some time to kill mobs but that's acceptable as long as it kills.

As you should be defensive in HC, then you can go passive way, that is, slow mobs:

Blackhorn's Face -20%
Cleglaw's Pincers -25%
Nosferatu's Coil -10%

(Along with Decrepify from The Reaper's Toll, mobs barely move.)

This might be the safest way.

Oh, the biggest issue is killing bosses. But Barbs are good at this, I guess? ;)
