Is there some way to do this on a single character? Or are people doing this by having characters with progress in normal A3, nm A3 and hell A3 with organs on those characters?

If it's the latter, is there a good logistical way to replenish organs on those characters without multiclient?

Not possible unless on internet, where you can join the previous game with as many characters as you like after the stairway is open.
