Can someone tell me what range my charactre level should be to craft caster boots (wyrmhide boots) so I can rule out the "of regeneration aka replenish life affix?
I have been staring at the crafting guide for almost 2 hours and my brain is melting

honor = ilvl 47

when gambling, item ilvl is -5 or +4 the character level doing the gambling. Thus, if you are gambling boots with a level 42 or below, the ilvl of the gambled item could never be above ilvl 46, which would mean you cannot roll the honor suffix, if that is what you are trying to avoid.
