Is it the same as original D2, where you either need Reaper's Toll on an A2 Merc, or a Witchwild String? Or do Summoner Druids now have other ways to compete with Necros in stripping enemy resistances?

A eth reapers toll merc will help a lot and be ur strongest pet which will have cb if built correct

The bad part if you use Ravens there blind overrides Reapers Decrepify so it goes back and fourth.
