Took a two week break from playing D2R, decide I want to play for an hour or so today I keep trying to log onto b.net.
Then after the 3rd attempt of restarting the game I see it says "Your account is banned" in the lower left hand corner.
I never used any 3rd party software on this fresh b.net account, it isn't even tied to my old d2 accounts that I used for botting in the past. (nobody cares about that)
I Submitted a ticket but wouldn't be surprised if Blizzard doesn't give an explanation or even respond.
Don't think I can submit a charge back on the credit card either, bought the game the day before ladder started.

Anyone else read stories of people claiming they were banned for no reason?

Maybe, I guess there was a d2r discussion forum and I posted there instead it turned into a shitfest but whatever.

i know that in the past hack users would get banned in a ban wave and then just make tickets or what ever, saying their legit account got banned for no reason so then blizz would unlock that guys account was fuckin bullshit man all they had to do was complain to blizz and their banned account would be given back to them so they can continue modding
moral of the story is just complain to them and they will give your access back even if you were modding the fuck out of it
(thats if you care enough about d2r) i would just uninstall

Yeah bud complain to Blizz, if you're innocent they'll understand (might take a while tho)
