yes the developers didnt put a delay on charge skill so basically you can do as many charges as you want as long as you got enough mana for it
there is no restriction

in the video im charging on my own coordinate and everything that is in range gets hit xd



im doing about 20 charge hits in a second
its a normal pvp charger wearing coa for massive dr & res
death runeword in ba, enigma, exile, angelic rings amu etc.

dont spend any coins on such a build because it won't work without additional "inputs"
