I take about 8 minutes for organs + ubers, I use a bo barb and have 3600 life after bo

upped Hoz with um
Duress

Verdungo 15 dr / tgod vs meph
raven 20 dex
stat ring with str dex life all res
gore rider

swap: 35fc spirit + lifetab wand

any thoughts on improving run speed? I think the only way for me to die is if i lag hard on lilith / meph

ideas:
better Grief / Lastwish
10 cb blood gloves / although I enjoy not having to worry after casting lifetab once
10 cb blood belt nvm doesnt spawn with cb
goblin toes extra 10 cb vs gores

85 cb would be possible with changes, or 100 with LW but I dont see myself investing this

You will get owned enough quick geared like that.

First of all, a Uber smith with Duress and a Hoz makes him with low defence especially without summons.
Second, Last wish is the top weapon against the Uber mode.
Gore rider > Goblin toe
Cast your Bo with Spirit/Cta
At last, Thundergod's vigor is lame except if your resistances aren't broken. If you try with your partner using Infinity, then he can die quick too because no high summon to keep him more alive.

why would i cast bo with cta ? my barb has lvl 51 bo^^
i use lvl 21 conviction myself vs meph no need partner lol im trying to do 5 minute runs solo, tgod is lame lol what ?
why is gore better than Gt, i like the frw but it has less cb and i do get ow from gloves atm
lw is slightly better but the investment is too big

yea i might die at some point but done 30 torches without a close call yet

last wish pb, enimga, highlords, coa with 2x ed/ias jewels, up'd hoz with ed/9dex jewel, 20ias/10cb gloves preferably with some dex, dungo, raven, bk, gores. If you are doing keys to orgs, gores helps speed up killing duriel, if just running orgs to torch, very little difference between gtoes and gores except how long it takes to walk around after killing meph to pulling baal over the house.

this is my end game uber smiter build. keys to orgs in average 1:38 and gets torch in less than a minute. This is my fastest build after mixing and matching the common meta gear and tracking kill speed.

1:38 is the average time, sometimes more sometimes less, mainly depends on the crowd around Lilith, always under 2 minutes though
