Dusk shroud can't be bought straight from vendors.

However, you can buy jewelers gothic plate of the whale (only 70 str req, but heavier) from some vendors.

Id suggest opening a cow portal right next to gheed (in hell), because - unlike charsi, he opens the armor tab first. Be aware though, that a gothic plate with life mod looks more like black than red.

You can also shop jewelers full plate mail of the whale (80 str req) there.

chance for 4os 81-100 life (random) is 1 to 23680 so you need some time

someone on ladder is selling dusk shroud 99 life and other guy is selling dusk shroud 95 life for 2 ber runes.

gothic plate is only 70 strength but low armor and slow speed but it can be bought at larzuk : /
