What I'm looking for:
-120 to Attack Rating (Since 60 life rolled.. 150 Attack Rating is no longer possible?)

Suffixes on rare rings:
Lamprey 6-9% Life Stolen Per Hit
Titan +16-20 to Strength
Precision +10-15 to Dexterity
Mammoth +31-40 to Life
Radiance +3 to Light Radius, +30 To Attack Rating
Sun +5 to Light Radius, +5% Bonus To Attack Rating


Rare rings can have 3 from each, you've got too many suffixes. You can get 150 ar, but it would be from the cost of other important stats.

I'm talking about a blood ring. Crafted. is the dex and str too high? does it need to be 25/15?

I don't know if the set pre- and suffixes on crafted items deny the creation of new affixes in the same group, in this case strength, life leech and life. So i can't answer that.
