it's 3 attack rating. 1 point in dex gives you 5, so having +3 it really not important.
15ed/3ar is worth more than 15ed though, because it's the difference between a great base and a perfect base

Yes, not going to make a big difference except for if the 15% ed and 15% edura is there, making it total perfect. 3 ar is nothing when it gets to the thousands or even hundreds. Makes zero difference.

I mean ... if there is someone out there doing high level pvp .. and carefully calculates all attack rating from every single item .. and your +3 to attack rating on your item makes the difference of 82% chance to hit and 83% chance to hit .. i don't know if they're going to pay you 500 extra fg for that one item because of that. Maybe. Anything can happen in those circles.

Often times what people will pay the most for has zero impact on the playability of the game and more so the cosmetics of the values or being able to say it’s 100% perfect

Thanks for the correction, but why would you need him? all he does is being harassive and bullying towards everyone. This place is simply a much better place without that user. Why would we want toxic users back?
