I know baal can. But ive read that Nihlathak and diablo gcs arent the same ilvl? Can they still roll 45 lifers? or is it a waste to try

i know you didn't ask, but:

41-45 life gcs require an ilvl of 91 or higher. There are only 3 monsters in the game that have this level. Diablo (94), nila (95) and baal (99). All hell ofc
