Not sure how to read it...
Reset is 10 am Pacific time and downtime is expected to be two hours, so current season will end around 8 am? Or does the season last until 10 am and the new one will start around 12 am?

Basically: Where do that 2 hours fit in, before or after the published time?

10am PST --> Server will be shutting down to occur the reset ( every ladder char will be switched to non-ladder)
this will take about 2 hours.
at 12am pst the servers should be right up and the new ladder will start
