Where is the best please to farm rainbow facets? or where have you found the most?

Sometimes it seems purely random, can't find any for hours on end yet another day i find 10 within an hour .. but council members seems to drop them more often. No need to do hell if you can't do it fast either, just do nightmare.

Players of any sort can randomly find them anywhere once they hit the hell mode depending how hard the loot has been glitched in the latest kills.
