afaik a2 merc cant use spear class so im not sure if there is any use to this?

afaik shapeshift druids can use this. max dmg is the important stat since their IAS is effected by their form.

Also I guess a spear mastery barb could use this, would smack with WW.

EDIT: I didn't notice it was only 4 os my bad, thought 6. Yeah I am not sure.
