Does this absorb flat or % elemental damage? I can't seem to find the answer to this..
Wondering if it would be best to pair flat or % reduction on gear with this skill?

flat, and after pvp penalty but before resist

i.e. a 600 dmg fireball before pvp penalty(1/6th roughly) with 75 fire res vs 200 absorb cyclone does 100dmg, as would u having 0 resist

not sure what pvp penalty is but this is for hardcore PvM
