I see many people say that dex is better than strength on Bvc rings. Why is that?
Also which resistance is most important on Bvc ring and is cold resist useless because can use Ravenfrost?

It depends on build and whether you have CoA setup against druid. In this case u need a bit of Str on ring (8+). Str gives dmg, Dex gives AR, so having both is optimal. U usually need Light / Fire res on the ring as well

So if u have 2 fcr rings then PR + FR.
