As previous person did I also welcome any tips from that.

If you rush a person - i.e. lvl 1, you always drop 2 sets of organs beside flail (even if you've already done the quest yourself). Point is to take that set of organs to another character, drop in town, relog, pick it up, relog.

Now you have organ set ready and should even be available between difficulties. Just drop it for the rushed character - which you want to rush asap and ta'dam. More multis = more sets to use later looted all at once.
