Does weapon switching to a weapon with an um rune or increased open wounds still provide a boost like it did in legacy?

like a bowazon shoots someone with guided and has open wounds and then switches to tell with an umed wizzy

yes not a glitch. lacerator on swap is better

pretty much every attack modifier other than damage and attack rating is based on your active weapon / gear when projectile connects, rather than when it was fired.

I heard ED from shield also helps(example pheonix), but i have never tested it myself.
