I have more MF on my switch weapon/shield so I would like to switch when killing bosses.

Does the MF happen right as I switch?
Or if I cast (the killing blow) of Blizard, then switch to Slot II, will the MF applied be what it was when cast (Slot I)?

That make sense?

afaik the moment you kill the monsters decides the loot. better check amazon basin for details though

EDIT: to state it more clearly, I think your strategy should work if you switch to your MF slot fast enough

I am 99% certain that you get the mf bonus if you switch.

Going after the logic of poison javazon and death's web, when throwing a javelin and switching, you get the poison damage bonus.

Probably works with hydra and every other spell too, i've used that many times myself.

I see no reason why you would get mf bonus based on gear on attack rather then when damage is dealt. It would need to save %mf stamped onto the projectile like damage/ar. Why would they ever do that?

It is at time of monster death in Diablo. Path of exile it is at time of attack.
