"Gf+" is best if you know how to play it. I.e. war cry, slight kite and switch with gavel of pain.

berserk + mf. Don't waste your time for retarded amount of extra gold items. Do damage. Grief + LOH ftw. Use act 3 mercenary for enchant only. Time > extra gold.

It's more retarded doing 100 runs instead of 70 to find the same amount of gold. That wastes more time.

Grief Zerker is definitely the way to go now. LoH as mentioned is also key. Council members die in 3-4 hits generally. You want to be 84 so your chance to hit them is sufficiently high. Dual ali babas for switch hork is very helpful. I run it with no merc because mercs waste time.
