started to play 2-3 days ago d2R, - and thinking what items i should to get hell runs on my merc?

playing most my self and like to farm stuff by my self, but i buy stuff i get stuck. so question is, i have merch act 2 (nm) having resitances 55% all, BUT one res is 75%

current items is: Insight, vampire gaze and Duriel shell

what i should to go next step to keep my merc life?

You will get better response there.

Even if you have the perfect gear setup, the mercs only have 3 gear slots and will not be immune to being overwhelmed by monsters. Eth reaper's, fortitude/treachery and some elite helmet will make him be able to take on most monsters and packs, but not everything. Especially ranged monster packs.

Reaper's toll is to me the ultimate merc survival weapon, the decrepify slows enemies and make him leech more by dealing more damage.

But you have to reposition him and work with it, otherwise he will die eventually due to being overwhelmed.

eth treachery will help alot. also make sure ur insight is made in tresher or cryptic axe
