Upgrading rare lvl 95 Circlet ( Dropped from Nihlatak) into Diadem

Would it worth the tries rerolling that Diadem with 6 Perf Skulls receipts after that ?

I rolled a 2/20/30 circ from a white diadem on imbue quest a few years back. I've never had any luck re rolling anything personally. Its better suited for bots lol

diadem always has all possible affixes. ilvl doesnt matter. also i dont think you can upgrade a circlet to diadem

Can't have 2 sox with ilvl <26 and yes, you can upgrade it.

i think its impossible for diadem to have such low ilvl

since there are 4 circlet types how do the upgrades work? can you upgrade it 3 times?

1 Ral Rune + 1 Thul Rune + 1 Perfect Amethyst + Normal (Basic) Rare Armor = Exceptional Rare Armor - did this and now is TIARA

1 Ko Rune + 1 Pul Rune + 1 Perfect Amethyst + Exceptional Rare Armor = Elite Rare Armor - THis will make it diadem

It can drop below with 6 pskulls recipe and low character lvl.
