anyone having problems with this all of a sudden? Every other game im getting it, then it locks you out of joining another game for 35 seconds

Happening on all servers. I'm not sure what's going on but keeps kicking me. Saying error when i try to make a game or join.

If this is the worst of ladder problems, I am content, I feel your pain..annoying.
