which ones give 4 sockets from lazruk?

I found a cracked partizan and a poleaxe. will those get 4 sockets?

In normal mode, the monster level determines the item level. Cows are level 28.

Both poleaxe and partizan must be the levels or between level 26 and 40 to ge 4 sockets from larzuk. So both of them will get 4 sockets from larzuk.
