I never played HC and I'm wondering if I should try it for this season but I'm a solo player.

So in order to grind faster I'll have to join other players I don't know.

I heard there were people player killing others in HC, is it true?

Not sure if you play d2 or d2r, i've read that d2r has load times which may be hazardous in hardcore.

I've played hardcore exclusively for many years, wish i did from the beginning. Makes the game much more fun. You have to take your time and do things right.

I play d2, not d2r. I usually start off a ladder with a bowa and barbarian. Then i do quest bugged boss runs to build gear. It's very effective.

Highly recommended.

I've actually died twice in public hardcore games, and nearly two-three more times. You should definitely not play if there are high levels in the game, and try not to play in groups, you never know when someone suddenly hostiles and attack you right out of the tp.

I grinded some chars solo offline because you can raise the player number to speed things up but I won't grind a char in P1 so yeah, let's go SC. With a sorc because I'm an eccentric player who don't like to do the same as everyone.
