What is the IAS breakpoint for Act 5 Merc Barb?

He is using a 40 IAS Grief and a 33 IAS Hand of Justice. So in total is 73% IAS.

I am wondering what is his breakpoints with/without the effect from the frenzy. I am not using a Fanaticism aura.

pretty sure the ias from each weapon does not add, works from main hand ias

each weapon takes a turn to hit
and now with 2.4 i think weapon speed when duel wielding is independent
