I've rolled a nice LK map in Hell, but I'd like to visit normal and nightmare for socket/imbue quests.
Is there a trick to do so without resetting the maps in Hell?

Not unless you use hero editor to add a socket to your item and make it so your quest is fully complete afterwards.

That's the only way you can make that happen.
