is there any way to reset the necromancer and not kill the iron golem? I tried with a wand +1 skill iron golem and it didn't work, can anyone help?

Honestly, I think you respec, he's gone no matter what. Just like in other games that use gems to equip skills. The gem goes away, even with +1, the gem is gone so is the summon. Sorry man!
