Hi, is your question D2r related, or do you want them on legacy?
Just asking cause the calculator that i always use may not work for D2r RNG.
My calc says that the highest required affix needs ilvl 43 (+20 ias affix). The only problem is, that ilvl 70 or lower will only have a 20% chance to generate 4 affixes. So i would always recommend to get ilvl 71 or higher (imagine getting +15 str/dex or a resistance on those).
On ilvl 72 there are 2 more possible affixes. I guess ilvl 71 would be best, but since farming lvl 71 areas just for getting those specific magic gloves seems like a waste of time, you may want to simply gamble them on a char that is level 76 to 86 ( on ilvl 90 you can get an additional affix, which you don't want ).
Total chance for getting these 3 affixes on ilvl 99 is 0.0061957 %, for ilvl 71 this number increases to 0.0089779 %. The numbers don't make too much sense to me, but the calculator has never failed me so far.
