On ladder reset I talked my brother into playing with me and him running a barb so I can Uber later. He gets bored quickly but will definitely beat all difficulties with me and log into give me early buffs for Ubers.

The question is he was interested In a throw barb is this even possible without atleast mid tier gear? There are no unique throwing weapons to speak of until like 45 or later. No rune words either obviously.

No and even with high end gear and max pierce its horrible cos of the way physical resistance works in pvm

If you have to choose between a throw barb or an ama who shoots 24 piercing arrows at the same time, I think the choice is easy

Then again ama dmg is also shit in p8 again cos of how physical resistance is set

Throw barb actually looks to be decent as far as kill speed.
