i'm calculated ias breakpoints in some java setups, and always hit max with 30
can someone give me explanation, why 30ias undervalued?

Your doing something very bad then, compared to builds involving +40ias on the javelins to reach the 95ias cap.

cos most builds require the 40 ias to hit 95 ias

i actually i have a top 10 pvp javazon on eu that uses a 6/30 cos i dont need 40 ias for my vita setup.

its using:
sop monarch
6/30 java
20 fcr 3 soc diadem 45 ias 45@
arach
2/20 life @ amu
10 fcr ring
nature's/wisp for oak
aldur or dancers if needed fhr
eni sh

it basically gets you to 99 fcr 52 fhr 95 ias vita setup with extremely high life (4900+ without oak)

95 ias is reached from 30 java 20 gloves 45 diadem, if you were to use a 2 ama 20 fcr 30 frw 2 soc top diadem for example you'd have 15 ias less, meaning you can't rly get 99 fcr 95 ias even with 40 ias java's.




but for most builds and pvm builds people want the 40 ias to hit their 95 ias bp

its just for pvp where u need 95ias and there in pvp i preffer 2/3/40ias then 6/40s
for pvm 50 and 60ias is same if u are using cs
only for fury its abit slower but u 1hit waves anyway and using cs for baal
50/60ias setup is better for pvm cus u can reach more charges and -lr then 95ias
urs pro goal are 50 or 60ias//-40lr//13 charges on cs
50ias/-40lr/13charges java kill baal faster in p8 then 95ias one
