I wanted to gauge the forum and see what interest there might be in a D2:LOD / D1 Private server / realm. Specifically, it would not allow any mods / bots with the exception of maphack through version 1.13c. Ladder would be enabled, but the intent is to provide a nostalgia for the original D2:LOD / D1, without a bunch of corrupted servers with annoying bots and cheats.

If there's an interest, I would open up a few slots first for some testing first, because it needs some tweaking first (things like chat rooms, bot monitoring, e-mail registration, etc). It would REQUIRE that a legitimate copy of LOD / license key be purchased for both D2 and D2 LOD. This would be a USA based realm.
