hi, what spec would u guys run to xp a necro pretty fast to lvl 24 ( no summon cause they sux at this lvl )

Summoning is the easiest, you're building it wrong if you're having trouble with it.

Summons should focus mainly on +Skeleton with 1 point Amp/Decrep, 1 pt Skele Mastery, 1 point Golem. Just use +3 Skeleton wand from the shop, no need for fancy gear.
