So all I see in classic are Summon/CE builds, Is a poison mancer really out of the question ? Haven't tried it on classic yet but working towards making one. Won't be ideal for leveling by any means but I figure respecting at 65-70 will give me 20 in P Dagger 20 P Explosion 20 P nova 1 Clay 1 Blood 1 Iron golem 1 golem mastery 1 Summon resist 1 to teeth and 1 into each one down to Lower res and the rest in CE. For stats was thinking enough str for silks (100) and the rest (at lvl 70) 150vit the rest energy cause P nova is a hog. Wormskull, silks, +2necro wand +1 ammy sigs shield for basics maybe frostburns or magefist for mana. Gloves boots rings and ammy for res would this be viable or just the waste of x2 respecs changing to this build and then back to Summoner if it's ass ?

Depends, what are you planning to do with it?

I think the most important thing for this build is many +all skills, to boost all curses and summons, and of course your dmg.
An ideal setup might be:
+2/+20fcr nec wand with some useful skills
+2 nec amu with +fcr and @
2 sojs
magefist for fcr

with a 30/20 shield and a rare armor/belt/helm/boots you can hit the 56 fhr breakpoint, or even the 39.
You need less str and can pump more into vita.
The extra survivability from all this helps a lot, especially if u are running solo.
max CE after poison abilities are maxed. After that maybe amp dmg for more range?


edit:
- swap out the sojs for res/mana rings, or an fcr ring if you dont have a 2/10 amu (hard to get^^)
- swap out the gloves to rare gloves if you are really struggling to get high res with magefist
- 30/20 shield with high res and pdia inside is recommended for the soj setup
