if you're playing 99/99 ele druid it could be alright with hoto/magefists/spirit. or hoto/arach/spirit. you can see if u prefer bloodfists or magefists and arach or dungo.

I'd swap it in with a Circlet set up depending on the matchup, since you can still hit 163 with Hoto Circlet and two caster rings. You can't swap out the rings, so it's only useful when you don't need to Sorb.

If you landed the 10 fcr mod on top of all that, that would have been quite a valuable amulet.
