im thinking about getting massive amounts of gold with my barb. worth doing this? if so who should I gamble with?

It's fun and it -can be- profiting as opposed to normal magic finding lvl 85 areas or quest bugged boss runs, but it is a different way of playing. I say it is at least not much worse than the regular way of doing things.

What works best is that in the real world, do put on a 10 gallon hat and horse pants. Join a pub game and say in the game "There's gold in them hills!" If no one answers, go to another pub game until someone does. I have found that doing that has greatly increased the amount of gold that falls from monsters and from popping poppables.
