I quit ages ago but just skimmer over the patch notes and saw this

Does this mean Phoenix is no longer a dogshit melee shield or will it still cause dragon talon zeal etc to have a delay?

The reason I ask is because the way it is worded it says “with other skills that have cast delays”. I just assumed because smite zeal etc don’t have cast delays/cooldown/however you want to word it, it would still lock you out for a period.

I hope I’m wrong
