can I get a good guide written out on gear and skill point dist?

not a guide, just a few thoughts:

skills:

20 Points into Mastery
20 Points into Battle Orders
20 Points into Double Swing
20 Points into Frenzy

One point into:
-Bash (pre-req)
-Leap
-Double Throw (pre-req)
-Increased Stamina
-Increased Speed
-Iron Skin
-Natural Resists
-Howl (pre-req)
-Taunt* (Adds damage to Frenzy Attack, 1 point is important to put into here.)
-Shout (pre-req and more)
-Battle Command

Rest of your points fill into:
-Taunt
-Shout
-Increased Speed if you desire

gear:
optimal would be 2 +2 barb 40 ias 200 ed nagas, anything fast and high dam could work I guess

Angelics amu and ring, rare armor, helm, boots, gloves and belt, with str/life/res? 1 rare ring with stats / res? or add goblin for more damage?

Theres ways to do it, but the op doesnt want an actual playable build, he wants a trophy char, so ya its gonna be a dog shit eater with pretty items
