When it comes to probabilities and drop rates, I am often surprised at being surprised.
Norm baal can drop some nice items which if upped are endgame items. What I did not know is that a reasonably (not the best, but reasonable) nice chant orb can drop by norm baal. Perfect for my baby chantress.

by the time you reach normal baal, you should already have Spirit Sword which is better than this, by a lot.
Only reason why you could use this, is if you have enchantress, for which this weapon is also dogshit

if it had 20 fcr and +2 fireball instead enchant, sure. perhaps it would be semi decent.

It would be cool if every act boss in normal had one slot dedicated to drop anything in the game.
