Question regarding up'ing an item:
Specifically a war scepter with staff mods.
My first question is can I even up this item to a divine scepter?
It's white with 5 sockets and 3 seperate staff mods.
If this is "up'able" (<--is this a word??) Will the LVL requirement rise above 30?(as my intent is to use it for lld 30)
Will it lose its staff mods/sockets?

Trying to learn this stuff and most is going over my head, explain like I'm 5 🙏😜

You can't upgrade white/grey/magic/set items. Only rares and uniques
Up'able is a 'word' that d2 players should understand, cause it's just the short version of upgradeable (<- is THIS a word? xD)

I know you didn't ask, but:
If the item would be white (0 soc), and you imbue it with A1Q5, it will roll completely new staff mods and it might screw over the lvl requirement

edit: crafted items are not up'able
