Trying to figure out when the IG skill level is applied. Is it applied at summon time, game creation, or in real time?

i.e. if I have 1 point in IG when I summon, is that golem always level 1 or does increase when I allocate additional skill points into it? Assuming it's not fixed at the original spawn, does the golem level change when I swap gear or is it set at the beginning of the game?

Want to know if I should squeeze some extra +skills at summon time -or if matters which gear set I'm on (primary vs switch) when I leave the game.

Same question but for passives golem mastery and summon resist. (However I assume this works like other passives and is applied in real time)

Everytime you enter a new game, a new IG is cast with the gear you have at that moment.

So yes, putting some extra +skill gear when you leave the game would make a better golem when you make/join a new game.

Passive golem mastery and summon resist tho, works "in real time" they always apply whathever their level is at the moment.
