I'm trying to craft a 2/20 pally ammy. Is it ok to use a gambled ammy(with lvl95char) for the recipe? Thanks in advance

Yes, gamble and craft with the same lvl95 is totally optimal for a 2/20 amulet.

Plus you have also the best chances to get a gody +2 amulet in the gamble, which is always nice.
