From normal to exceptional = Check the level requirement of the item of the unique, then add +5 levels.

It looks lie maxroll.com has the items mlvl(it just says "level:")

ya.. mlvl = monster lvl.
PS. I continue l to not understand how to know mlvl for set/unique's.

Items have item level, not monster level.

Uniques and set items have set item levels.

White items' item levels are determined by monster levels, but only in normal mode. In nm and hell, the area level determines the item level.

But tals arm(ilvl 26) can not drop in normal !?
