I am aware I am dumb AF asking these questions.

I honestly cant find an answer on google.

Is the patch coming out tomorrow?
Is ladder starting when the patch comes out... like simultaneously?

They'll probably have us test it in the PTR before they give any indication of moving forward with the changes and ladder.
