I understand this is non-ladder and Fortitude will not be an option. So it seems it's down to Stone or Bramble but I wanted to make sure the community agrees. =] thnx

If you really have a 40 socket shadow plate, you can't make any runewords, but you have something better than any runeword. Socket it with a few dozen average jewels and some high runes and you have the most valuable item to ever exist.
