Hey Guys

With a summoner who relies quiet a bit on merc for killing bosses whats the best set up?
what i tried so far is obedience thresher, botd gp, and infi gp but it was not optimized with helmet / ias stuff.

the thing is i had the feeling of my merc being better with killing bosses when he was equipped with obedience than with botd eventhough raw dmg is lower. maybe because of lvl23 enchant from killing a mob which increased his AR?

also im still not sure if its better to go with guillaums (cb, ds) or with andy (higher attack speed cap reached)... edit: or with giant skull (2sox and cb)

would be thankful for your experiences and tipps !

Since you are a summoner, go with

Infinity, andy face, fort.

Infy + Treachery + Gulli

That is best Merc setup for Summon Necro.

^ this. Treachery is a great and cheap in runes armour. Yet, its benefits do need to be triggered with fire. If you have a Lo rune, do go for a glitched eth Fortitude. It'll keep your merc alive long enough to take out enough monsters for you to CE 'em.

I really don’t see point of Reaper’s here. Reaper’s Decry will overcast Aplify what is main curse at Summoner Nec for CE. Also i think Infy’s CB% is more valuable against Bosses while Nec self cast Decry against them. Also Infy’s Conv aura boosts CE’s Fire Dmg part. So i think for Summoner Infy is superior against Reaper’s.

Yeah, lol, I didn't read what char OP has.

I personally like Duress Gface Infinity since my only source of OW for higher end bosses is with my Merc (or my Beast wielding nec if I go a 2 nec Visio high dex circlet build). It also provides extra CB too, totaling it at a whopping 90%. But high CB and fully amped Skeletons and Vives probably could go with Treachery Infinity Gface specifically for Bosses.
