Your ignore list is full. See my sig, it’s the only way. Unfortunate because it blocks chat with real people also but what can you do.

Make a user on battle.net (the website), screenshot it and send it to blizzard. And demand your money back and go back to d2. I'm glad i didn't buy d2r.

Ii know that on og d2lod you could make a .txt file that you would put in the game file with watever filter you want and it did kinda got rid of most of the spams u still had to add some from time to time and it would also backfire in the way that you wont see certain message in the chat since some stuff would get filtered

Also got sick of d2lod since 95% of community is botting and using addons or hack in pvp
Going in the blood moor to duel somebody who would lag the game and make my screen turn black having chickens autotp etc kinda get boring quick
