Im on. Sometimes its the game. alt-f4 and try again sometimes these problems are fixed after a dozen or so tries. try that and see if that works

i switched to east, made an account and at character creation i type a name and hit enter and it just takes me back to character select

on the battle.net app check to see if updates. otherwise open a ticket with support as your account my be locked.

I hope your connection issue is temporary.

Two things not to have on while connecting: do not connect through a VPN nor proxy

check the port battle.net uses and go into your router and open the ports. otherwise im not sure what else.
