Hello guys !
I am writing to you because I have a problem with a paladin block.

At level 81, I reset my skills to hammerdin.
I turned on holy shield and started adding dex to get 75% block.
I achieved this with 146 dex.

Suddenly, on the baalruns, I look at my block whose value was 70%.....
I didn't change anything. All the same dressed, only higher lvl.
I went back to act 1 because I thought maybe there was something changed on the baalruns.
Here's another surprise, I looked at the value of my block...... 69%

I reset my skills again, and now my block has a value all the time 69%.... Xd
P.s I have a high-level shield

The higher level you are, the more dex you need to have max block.

Minimum Dexterity required for maximum 75% Chance to Block is 15 + {150*clvl / (Shield + Bonus) }.

If clvl goes up, dex needed also goes up.

If I get the next levels, I have to add 3 dex and 2 vit.
