Hi, I am not talking about gambling here but monster drops as I see a few gambling pack selling bulk rare ammy, and didn't think there was much value.. i.e. no 20fcr, no +2..
I was confused as I thought there was no way to get +2 out of these unless it is Baal/Nil/Diablo.. I can't find a specific reference to this but did come across this back in a 2010 discussion..
let me know if things changed..
